Un nuevo chocolate para una nueva era

Nos llena de esperanza recibir esta nueva era democrática en Ecuador en esta misma semana que lanzamos “Tierra Hermosa” 100%.
No es un evento fortuito, es un cúmulo de pasos que venimos ensayando desde hace meses mientras el país pedía cambios y nosotros preparábamos silenciosamente esta gran pieza.
Sin titubear, en medio de estos tiempos inciertos, decidimos crear esta barra como respuesta a este sentir mundial en busca del origen, la pureza, lo saludable y el despertar a todos los sentidos que nos hacen humanos.
¿Cómo lograr que una barra al 100% se convierta en una experiencia única? Buscando una sola meta: que su sabor, aroma sea lo más parecido a ese grano de cacao Nacional de Manabí, Ecuador.
Fue la primera cosecha de 2021, recogida en medio de abundantes lluvias, calores intensos y un sol canicular que no amainó la determinación de nuestro equipo en lograrlo. Quizás esa fe y esperanza ya eran un presagio de que el cambio llegaría al país.
Días de espera, semanas de innovación, siempre manteniendo la esencia dan como resultado esta delicada barra, la más pura, que hoy llega a sus paladares.
“Tierra Hermosa 100%” de Cárdenas Chocolate ha llegado a Europa al Club del Chocolate y en Ecuador a Ecuagourmet.

We are delighted to welcome this new challenge for democracy in Ecuador with optimism this week as we launched "Tierra Hermosa" 100%.
It is not a fortuitous event; it is an accumulation of steps that we have been rehearsing for months while the country asked for changes, and we were silently preparing this great piece.
Without hesitation, amid these uncertain times, we decided to craft this chocolate bar in response to this global feeling searching for origin, purity, health and awakening all the senses that make us human.
How does a 100% bar become a unique experience? Keeping the flavour and the aroma the closest to that floral Nacional cacao bean that grows in Manabí, Ecuador.
This was the first harvest of 2021, collected in the midst of abundant rains, intense heat and unforgiving sun, that did not diminish our team's determination to achieve it. Perhaps that faith and hope were already an omen that change would come to the country.
